The service

Planned properly.
Delivered as one programme.

A loft conversion adds useful floor area without increasing the footprint of the property. The key is coordinating roof structure, weather protection, stairs, fire requirements and services before the internal finishes begin.

We undertake dormer, mansard, hip-to-gable and rooflight conversions. Structural alterations, new floor construction, roofing, insulation, windows, staircases, electrics, plumbing where required, plastering and final finishes are brought together under one programme.

Our approach

The right sequence is part
of the workmanship.

01

Survey

We review head height, roof form, access, staircase position and the structural design before works start.

02

Weatherproof shell

The new floor and roof structure are formed in a controlled sequence with temporary weather protection maintained.

03

First fix

Insulation, electrical, plumbing and fire-safety requirements are coordinated before boarding and plastering.

04

Completion

Joinery, decoration, flooring and final testing complete the new living space.
